PERMEABLE CONCRETE


ECOLOGICAL MANAGEMENT OF RAINWATER

Using lightweight concrete and aggregates brings eco-innovation of systems for the construction of paved areas for rainwater management. The output is a comprehensive system of modern outdoor areas or roads, especially for urban agglomerations, sports grounds and landscape completion of suburban areas.

The lightweight concrete outperforms the traditional concrete in terms of construction speed, work hygiene, environmental friendliness and bulk density. This construction has a high durability, longevity and, most importantly, more environmentally friendly operations.

This research is made in cooperation with the Brno University of Technology – Faculty of Civil Engineering and Liapor Group.

CEMENT REACTIVE POWDER COMPOSITE


SPECIAL CONCRETE BUILDING COMPONENTS

Development and innovation of ultra-high-strength and valuable fine-grained cement composites, generally referred to as Reactive Powder Composite (RPC) for the production of special precast concrete building components.

The anticipated innovative assortment of precast concrete using RPC enables the production of thin-walled retention or sewer tanks, complete sewer systems, especially shaft structures with high chemical and mechanical resistance, bringing effective solutions reducing transport requirements and easier handling during construction (lower crane loads, etc.), significant reduction in the human labor volume, consumption of steel reinforcement and increased service lifetime.

LOW ENERGY MODULAR BUILDINGS


RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTIONS

Development of a new system of prefabricated recycled mass construction for economically accessible flats in multi-storey houses, which is assembled from standardized or unified components. The houses meet the criteria of low-energy buildings, while ensuring the required comfort of layout and utility properties for a wide range of residents at significantly lower construction costs than, f.e., brick buildings.

The project deals with a comprehensive design of a new system of prefabricated apartment buildings or civic amenities. The construction system is designed as a combination of a load-bearing element, which is a light prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton adapted for apartment buildings. The construction is lightened and adjusted into module series according to various types and sizes of flats.
